The snow had remained quite firm during our ascent, so we decided to relax on the summit and wait for the sun to soften things up. We hoped this would allow us to safely ski the risky slope above the bergshrund. Another group of three telemarkers had joined us on the summit, so we asked one of them to take a group photo of us: (left to right) Ben, myself, Susan, Paul, Craig, and Glen.
